We are more than happy to help with anything you require, so please feel free to drop us a message if you need help with anything.

YOUR WORDS:
We recommend 20 to 30 words, but you can have as many or as few as you like. If you are including phrases, please keep these to 3 or 4 words maximum where possible, as longer phrases can cause issues with the look of your print. That being said, we will print whatever you like.

WHAT WE DON‘T DO: The locations of all words are randomly placed throughout the print, so we are unfortunately not able to put particular words in an area. Proof copies are also not sent, as this vastly increases turnaround and dispatch times.

Shipping Information:

We are offering free shipping to the UK.
The product will be dispatched the next working day after your Purchase and Delivery is estimated to be within 3 to 5 working days after the Dispatched.
We offer next-day guaranteed delivery which is available at checkout.

International Shipping:
For most of the postcodes in the USA and most of the European countries and the rest of the world, we use UPS which should take 3 to 7 working days for the price of standard shipping. There are a few postcodes that we can‘t cover at the same price, therefore we ship them by Royal Mail International tracked and signed for shipping which takes 15 to 25 working days.

How to order?

Please use the Add to Basket feature when adding multiple items to the Shopping Cart and once you are happy with your basket you can pay via Paypal at the end of Shopping and all applicable postage discounts will be added to your order.
